He currently serves as adjunct clinical faculty with Arizona State University’s Doctor of Nursing Practice Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program, where he helps educate and precept future psychiatric nurse practitioners. He values education and believes that helping patients understand their symptoms, treatment options, and patterns of behavior is an important part of effective psychiatric care.

Vince’s approach is compassionate, collaborative, and practical. He strives to create a respectful environment where patients feel heard, supported, and actively involved in their treatment. His goal is to help individuals better understand their mental health, recognize their strengths, improve daily functioning, and move toward greater stability and quality of life.

Melissa Labriola

Office Manager

Melissa Labriola
Office Manager

Melissa has been an integral part of Flourish Family Psychiatry since early 2025, serving as the practice’s Office Manager and helping ensure that every patient feels welcomed, supported, and cared for from their very first interaction with the office.

Before joining Flourish Family Psychiatry, Melissa spent several years working in an administrative role within the construction industry. Although she valued that experience and the skills it helped her develop, she felt drawn toward work that would allow her to make a more meaningful difference in people’s lives. That desire ultimately led her to behavioral healthcare, where her compassion, organization, and commitment to helping others have made her an invaluable part of the practice.

Whether she is answering a phone call, coordinating an appointment, relaying a question to a provider, or helping a patient work through an administrative concern, Melissa strives to make each interaction feel personal and reassuring.

Melissa also understands that questions and concerns do not always arise during standard office hours. Whenever possible, she makes herself available by phone or message to help patients find answers, communicate with their provider, and feel less alone while navigating their care.

Her dedication, compassion, and ability to connect with others reflect the values of Flourish Family Psychiatry and help create the welcoming, patient-centered environment the practice strives to provide.
